Hobbies
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me outdoors or moving in some way — hiking, bouldering, or training. Movement has always been a core part of who I am. It keeps me grounded, sharp, and curious about what the body can do.
Outside the gym, I’m drawn to music and gaming — they give me balance, creativity, and a break from structure. Over the years, I’ve explored many interests, but these are the ones that continue to stay with me.
If you share any of these passions, I’d love to connect and hear about yours too. Every conversation is a chance to learn something new — whether it’s a sport, a hobby, or just a different way of seeing the world.

Coaching Philosophy
My approach to coaching goes beyond reps, sets, or numbers. I believe fitness should fit your life, not take it over. Every program I build is designed around sustainability — helping you stay strong, confident, and capable as you grow.
Training with me isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about progress, building habits that last, and developing the mindset to handle setbacks without losing momentum.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every client has their own story, pace, and purpose. My role is to help you discover what works best for you — so you can train smarter, move better, and live with more freedom.
For me, coaching is about building long-term partnerships — guiding you through each phase of your journey, adapting as you evolve, and ensuring your results continue to grow with you
